My certificate is showing the date I claimed my credit, rather than the date I took the course. Can you change this?

Certificates for conferences or meetings display the dates of the course, along with the date of credit claimed and awarded. Our live webinar and on-demand certificates display the date the credit was claimed or awarded. Many attendees complete the evaluations after the course, and this is the best way to capture and report complete and correct information to the accrediting bodies.

The first date circled is the live conference or meeting date, the second circled is the date the credit was claimed.
