To download certificates from either an in-person conference or a virtual conference, learners must complete the following steps:
-
Log in to your www.hmpeducation.com account and click on the course title in either In Progress Activities or Completed Activities.
- For previously completed activities, where a certificate has not yet been downloaded, courses will appear in either 'Registrations' or ‘In Progress Activities’. You will need to click the course title, to access the page. Under Tasks, check all evaluations within 'Live Evaluations' and/or 'On-Demand Evaluations' have been completed based on your participation, as well as 'Take Conference Evaluation'. Once all steps are completed the 'Download Certificate' link will become available, where you can select credit type and download and/or email a certificate.
- For previously completed activities, where a certificate has been downloaded, courses will appear in ‘Completed Activities’. Click the ‘Certificate’ button, choose between ‘Live Credits’ or ‘On Demand Credits’, then a Certificate Claim dropdown will appear, to select your credit type.
- Select the type of credit certificate that you need from the drop-down list (CME, CNE, etc.). You will also need to select both the live and on-demand certificates for your credit type if you have participated in both live and on-demand sessions. Abbreviation List
- Download and/or Email your certificate of credit. If you require additional certificates for other professional roles, repeat the previous step. If you complete additional session evaluations, you may download and/or email an updated certificate that will provide a transcript of all sessions completed and credits earned. Keep your certificate of credit for your records. You will not receive another by mail.
*Please note, your certificate may not load if you are accessing it from a smartphone, or settings of your browser do not allow for a new tab/window to open. You may need to disable the pop-up blocker or check your spam folder in your email. The certificate may automatically download to your device. Credit windows are specified in the accreditation information for each conference or activity. Check the instructions on the activity page, accreditation flyer, or app for details and expiration dates. Certificates will be saved in your account for up to 6 years.
