Please follow these steps to claim credits for an event or conference:

  1. Log in to your www.hmpeducation.com account.
    • Enter your email address.
    • You will receive a one-time code in your email.
    • On the next step, simply enter that code and you'll be logged in. Be sure that there are no accidental spaces.
    • If that does not work, try using a different browser or a different device if you have confirmed that the login information you are entering is correct.
  2. Click the event title. A certificate will be available once all session and the overall conference evaluations (and post-test if required) are completed.
  3.  Select the type of credit certificate that you need from the drop-down list (CME, CNE, etc.). You will also need to select both the live and on-demand certificates for your credit type if you have participated in both live and on-demand sessions. Abbreviation List
  4. Download and/or email your certificate of credit. If you require additional certificates for other professional roles, repeat Step 2. If you complete additional session evaluations, you may download and/or email an updated certificate that will provide a transcript of all sessions completed and credits earned. Keep your certificate of credit for your records. You will not receive another by mail.

*Please note, your certificate may not load if you are accessing it from a smartphone, or settings of your browser do not allow for a new tab/window to open. You may need to disable the pop-up blocker or check your spam folder in your email. The certificate may automatically download to your device. Credit windows are specified in the accreditation information for each conference or activity. Check the instructions on the activity page, accreditation flyer, or app for details and expiration dates. Certificates will be saved in your account for up to 6 years.
