I filled out my evaluations on the app but cannot download my certificate. How do I access it?

To access your certificate:

Please log into your www.hmpeducation.com with the email used at registration. Once logged in, click "Account" in the top right corner. Click the certificate download link for the desired course under "Complete Activities."

*Please note, certificates will be saved in your account for up to 6 years. Your certificate may not load if you are accessing it from a smartphone, or if your browser settings do not allow for a new tab/window to open. You may need to disable the pop-up blocker or check the spam folder in your email, and the certificate may automatically download to your device. Credit windows are specified in the accreditation information for each conference or activity. Check the instructions on the activity page, accreditation flyer, or app for details and expiration dates.
