Pharmacists must claim their credit within 60-days of completing a course/meeting. For eligible activities with the credit designated and advertised, to have credit submitted to their NABP, pharmacists MUST:

  1. Successfully complete the activity, including submission of session(s) and conference evaluation, within the credit window as specified in the accreditation information for each conference or activity. Check the instructions on the activity page, accreditation flyer, or app for details and expiration dates.
  2. Click on "Certificate” and select the CPE certificate.
  3. After the certificate downloads to your device, proceed to the Credit Submissions section.
  4. Click "Submit Credits" and a new screen will appear.
  5. Enter Your date of birth
  6. Submit CPE credits to NABP
    • Provide your NABP ID in the blank field on that row. If saved within your profile, your NABP ID and DOB will automatically populate.
  7. Confirm the information is correct and click "Submit". Credits are immediately forwarded to CPE Monitor.
    • By entering data and clicking "Submit," the learner permits HMP Education to transmit the credit information to CPE Monitor on behalf of the learner.
    • If "Unsuccessful Submission" or any other error message appears, please contact support@hmpedu.zendesk.com as soon as possible.

*Please note: Following ACPE Policy, HMP Education must transmit your claim to CPE Monitor within 60 days from the date you complete this CPE activity. HMP Education is unable to report your claimed credit after this 60-day period. Eligibility for pharmacy credit is contingent upon the successful completion of a post-test and/or evaluation for each activity or session attended. The learner may save time by providing their NABP ID and Date of Birth within their profile. Click “My Account” and edit your individual “My Profile.” Be sure to save your edits.
