How do I register my group?

After one registrant has filled out their information and selected their registration package, the Registration Review page will feature and Add Registrant button. 

Have everyone in your group register individually up to the Payment Step. Do NOT have any of your group members make payments when they arrive at this page/step. Once everyone in the group has registered, email registration@hmpglobal.com with the following:

  • Add the meeting name and group discount in the email’s subject line.
  • List of the registrants in your group in the main body of the email.

We will apply the group discount to your registrations and send you the updated invoices.
