For eligible activities with the credit designated and advertised, Diplomates must:

  1. Successfully complete the activity, including submission of session(s) and the conference evaluation, within the credit window, as specified in the accreditation information for each conference or activity. Check the instructions on the activity page, accreditation flyer, or app for details and expiration dates.
  2. After you download and/or email the certificate to your device, proceed to the Credit Submissions section that appears in the menu.
  3. Click "Submit Credits" and a new screen will appear.
  4. Submit to either the state or any applicable board from the drop-down list.
    • Physicians may submit data to their licensing state and/or certifying board. Submitting to an ABMS certifying board will automatically submit credits to the learner’s licensing state.
    • By entering data and clicking submit to PARS, the learner permits HMP Education to transmit the credit information to ACCME/JA-PARS on behalf of the learner.
  5. Enter your date of birth.
  6. Enter your state license ID.
  7. Select the state of license from drop-down list.
  8. Submit credits to PARS.

Note: The learner may save time by providing their ABMS Certifying Board, learner ID, date of birth, state of licensure, and license/NPI number within their profile. Click “My Account” and edit your individual profile. Be sure to save your edits. The state licensing board records are accepted within 1-2 business days, and board submissions may take up to 1 week for acceptance.
