I downloaded my certificate, but I do not know how to locate it. Where are my downloads?

Please try these instructions for your device or browser. If you do not see your downloads, check and disable your pop-up blocker.

Where to find downloads on your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Files app. Don't have the blue Files app icon on your home screen? Swipe down from the center of your home screen, then search for the Files app.
  2. Tap the Browse tab.
  3. Tap "iCloud Drive".
  4. Tap the Downloads folder to see your downloaded files.

Where to find downloads on your Android

  1. Open the Files or My Files app. 
  2. Look for a section called Downloads. 
  3. Tap it to view the files you have downloaded.

Where to find downloads on Safari

  1. Next to the search field in Safari, tap the Page Settings button.
  2. Tap the Downloads button to view the files you downloaded.

Where to find downloads on Chrome

  1. Click on the three dots menu on the top left of Chrome.
  2. Scroll down to locate the Downloads tab. All your recently downloaded files will be visible there.
  3. All your recently downloaded files will be visible there.
  4. You can tap the Show in Folder link to open the Downloads folder.

Another option is on a Chromebook is to locate the Files app in the menu and tap on the Downloads folder located on the left sidebar.

Where to find downloads on a Mac

  1. Find the Downloads folder on Mac right on your dock. This folder is specific to every user profile, and a shortcut to it can be found in the app dock. 
  2. Or, try looking it up via Finder. If you've deleted it from the dock, you can still locate it this way:
    • Click the Finder menu.
    • Click "Settings."
    • Select the sidebar and then check the box next to Downloads.

Where to find downloads on a PC

  1. Open the file explorer and click "Downloads" on the left-hand side.
  2. You can also access the file manager by pressing Windows+E simultaneously. Here, you'll find a bunch of icons on the left-hand side, including the Downloads folder. 
  3. If you want to use your mouse or the trackpad on a laptop, click the File Explorer icon on the taskbar. Access the Downloads folder on your computer from the icons listed on the left.
