HMP Education does not mail certificates. Certificates are available after completing the necessary evaluations, and when applicable, post-tests associated with the activity. The option to download and/or email a certificate will be unlocked once the activity has been completed.
To access your certificate for a completed course:
- Log into your www.hmpeducation.com account
- Complete your profile by clicking "Edit" under your email address.
- Click on the course title to view available tasks. Complete the activity and download and/or email a certificate (For the steps to completing an activity, please visit How can I download my certificates?)
*Please note that your certificate may not load if you are accessing it from a smartphone, or if your browser settings do not allow for a new tab/window to open. You may need to disable the pop-up blocker or check the spam folder in your email and the certificate may automatically download to your device. Credit windows are specified in the accreditation information for each conference or activity. Check the instructions on the activity page, accreditation flyer, or app for details and expiration dates. Certificates will be saved in your account for up to 6 years.
